Shipping methods:

Throughout Germany we ship up to a value of € 500 with DHL. From a value of € 500 and up with INTEX value mailing.

Europe-wide goods shipments are sent by us up to a value of € 500 with DHL package. From a value of € 500 to € 2,500 via DHL Paket international and from a value of € 2,500 via INTEX value mailing.

Internationally (outside the EU) we send worldwide up to a value of € 500 via DHL package. With a value of goods from € 500 to € 2,500 via DHL Paket international. From a goods value of € 2,500 via INTEX value mailing.

All of our products are shipped fully insured without exception.

Payment options:

We offer you three payment options: You can pay for our products in person when you collect them in person, in advance (free of charge) to our specified account or with PayPal (subject to charges).

With regard to the sales packaging that we put on the market for the first time in Germany, filled with goods and passed on to private end consumers, our company has joined the nationwide system of Landbell AG, Mainz, to ensure compliance with our legal obligations according to § 7 VerpackG.
